When it was first conceived, TME not only designed websites, but also hosted and maintained them. In 2001, TME exclusively became a graphic and website design service. In recent years, TME has contracted out to various web solutions companies, creating website layouts, ads and logos for all different types of businesses.

Currently, Crystal is employed by the SEC as a web designer. She is responsible for the design and maintenance of the SEC Intranet Site for the OIT Division; a 1500 page website used by over 4000 people which manages information on training and technology development. She works in a PhotoShop and Dreamweaver environment, also employing her skills with CSS, ASP and XML. The link to her resume can be found above.
